Job Description:

Primary Purpose of the Role:• Responsible for store-level replenishment of stock to the Swiss retailer Media Markt using WHV’s proprietary replenishment system (RIM3G).

Maintaining and revising system parameters on sales performance.

Ensuring an optimum level of New Releases, catalogue and promotional stock is maintained for VMI purposes.• Managing a virtual international team of VMI planner(s) and VMI forecaster(s) and support knowledge exchange.Required Skills:Education/Qualifications• MBA• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Studies• Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.Relevant Previous Work Experience• Minimum five (5) years proven success in VMI.• Minimum five (5) years working within either a retail or logistics operationCore Competencies• VMI experience required preferably with FMCG and entertainment experience• Computer literate required – must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Presentation Skills – able to present at a senior level with confidence in the subject matter at hand• Strategic Planner – Proven success in developing and implementing commercially driven plans• Sales and Marketing Literate – Sound understanding of the sales and marketing principles and various entertainment mediums• Self-Starter – Ambition and drive to succeed and to progress within the company• Effective interpersonal skills - A strong communicator able to work with people at all levels outside and within organization• Strong Time Management – Able to manage many priorities and to use time effectively to achieve business goals• Team player – Ability to work within a matrix organization and the flexibility to cope with rapidly changing environment• Attention to Detail - Must be analytical and have the ability to pay close attention to details• SAP experience would be an advantage.
